Description of the health assessment

All health assessments offered are tailored made and take into account the gender and age of each patient. All health assessments will be conducted by a team specialised in internal medicine and results reviewed by a dedicated general practitioner. Available Health assessments :

Adobe PDF file) prior to your health assessment and kindly bring it along on the day of your assessment. This questionnaire will enable the doctor to get knowledge on past and/or current illnesses, etc. and better evaluate your current health status.
