No, gynecological hormonal disorders are treated by the gynecologist who can in some cases refer you to an endocrinologist if required.

Can I take my usual dose of thyroxin prior to having a blood sample taken for a Thyroid exam?

No

Do I need to fast if a blood sample needs to be taken in relation to an endocrinological / diabetic issue?

Not necessarily, it is for example not necessary for Thyroid or diabetic balance tests
